I have a voicemail but when I try to access it I am asked for my PIN. I don't remember setting a PIN but tried the two most likely numbers and have "temporarily" locked myself out of voicemail.1) How long does the lock last? Can I unlock it from the web?
2) I've read both that there definitely is and definitely isn't a default PIN (7890) - is there? How do I set my PIN?
I would rather do everything from the web if possible as I have free WifI here but calling customer services will cost me £1/minute from Turkey and I don't have much credit left.

There is no default pin ☹️
Usual is to ring voicemail and set a pin while in UK before going away.
Ringing CS would most probably be a costly fruitless experience, only hope I see is that one of the Forum Team here may respond (a few days) and offer to set a temporary pin for you.
Sorry to hear that, I will look into this for you, I am going to send you a private message if you can reply I can get that sorted.

All sorted now. The message waiting for me was, of course, completely unimportant but I wouldn't have known that unless I'd been able to get to it.
I will be sure to feed that back for you Higgo ^JF

Im in Lanzarote & Iv'e recieved some voicemails & I think they are from my airline.
My voicemail keeps asking for a pin, which I haven't got set on my phone.
Can anyone help please?
Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.
Our apologies for any inconvenience with this. If the voicemail is asking for a pin then it would have one.
While I won't be able to find out what this is, I should be able to change this so you can access your voicemails.
I will private message you now so I can help with this.
