I spent ages on live chat yesterday and I wanted to save the chat because I got a good deal. Unfortunately, it hasn't shown up in my account and I can't re-read it. 

Next time, is there a way of saving my conversation? This would be preferable than trying to explain to somebody from customer care what I negotiated.

Unfortunately no, you would have had to request the chat transcript from your end of the conversation. 

Did you take the deal that was offered? As Deals can change daily.
