I've been trying to cancel my contract as I don't use my virgin number. I can't get through to anyone when I call. The live chat takes me through the automated questions then doesn't actually put me through to an agent - I've waited 35 minutes and nothing. The contact Us link on the website is broken, it just says the page is missing. One of the switching links on the website is also broken. It's impossible to actually get through to someone to end my contract. Can anyone tell me how to either email or write to virgin to end my contract as it seems impossible to let them know any other way?

Can you please expand on what happens when you call? Are you being disconnected?
Are you looking to just cancel the SIM only?
