I have phoned up customer services and have ended my contract within the 14 day cooling off period and have been given a PAC. The advisor said I had to use the PAC within 2 days - does this mean I would then get charged £8 for the next billing cycle?
Just concerned that if I don’t PAC within 2 days I then get locked into the contract!
If you've activated the CSG period, the number will be turned into pay as you go and then we'd give you the PAC number. This would be to remove the charges on the account. You'd have 30 days to use the PAC code.
