Leaving Virgin (Broadband and Home Phone) but keeping Virgin Mobile.

Hi,

I am currently in the process of switching broadband providers, my current contract on Virgin is Broadband, Home Phone and Mobile, I understand that if i do leave virgin that there is a 90 day email access before it will not be provided anymore, i was wondering as i do want to keep Virgin mobile, does that mean my email will still be fully accessible for the foreseeable future?

Thanks.

See here...

If you leave vm broadband the email address will cease, though it usually isn't immediate.

Re: Leaving Virgin (Broadband and Home Phone) but keeping Virgin Mobile.

Hello

To be able to use a Virginmedia email address then I am afraid that they are only be supplied with Virginmedia Broadband accounts, if you don't have a Broadband account then your email addresses will be removed normally after 90 days although sometimes can hang around longer.
