LOST SIM CARD

 
I have tried to call virgin several times and it has been impossible, and through the messages it was not possible either.

I have three mobile lines with virgin and I have not been able to use two of them for several months, I have lost the new sim cards that they sent me, because the mobile I now find this, sim card registration failed.

Please, I need to replace the cards and send them to my address.

Really sorry for the delay in getting back in touch about your lost SIM cards, we have been busier then usual. 

Have you been able to get replacements sorted since?
