I've taken out a new virgin bundle that includes a new sim. I rang and spoke to someone who said when the sim arrived I could get the deal transferred to my existing mobile number (I have a pay monthly account),keeping my existing mobile number. However when I rang back I was told it couldn't be done. Could someone please help me to arrange this?
I managed to get through to the Oomph Sim department the other day and they promised to arrange this for me.
Unfortunately they said they can't transfer my oomph sim tariff to my existing virgin mobile number until my next update date, at the end of the month..... so can't confirm it's all in order until then.
Hopefully all will be ok and I won't need to call on you for help.
