Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @Ronan_M, and a very warm welcome to you!

If you wanted to keep your phone number from a previous supplier, the protocol would be to simply ask for the PAC code for the phone number when requesting a cancellation of the services.

The PAC code usually constitutes of three letters, and six numbers - ABC123456 for example.

Once you have contacted our team to discuss a new Mobile agreement, come back to our Forums and we'll be able to do this over a private message.

Once we pass data protection with you, we would then ask for the phone number you desire to keep, along with the PAC code, and we'd then be able to have this transferred over after approximately 24 hours.

Kindest regards,
