Keep getting phone calls from "virgin"

I don't know if the numbers/person on phone is actually virginmedia and needing to know.

They wasn't asking me to download anything just saying offers for phones like iPhone 14 unlimited everything for like £30 a month which sounds good to me but I didn't want to accept it due to not knowing if it is virgin.
