Re: KCan’t send Picture messages from iPhone

Hi there,

It sounds like your iPhone may be defaulting to sending messages via iMessage.

Any Android devices will reject this.

Please try the following:

  1. Launch Settings from the Home screen of your iPhone.
  2. Tap Messages.
  3. Tap the slider next to iMessage to turn it off.

I hope this helps

Re: KCan’t send Picture messages from iPhone

Beware though, if you turn iMessage off, all picture messages you send to iPhones as well as Android will be sent as a MMS - at 50p each 😖

As for not being able to send them to Android (MMS), check you do not have your spending as £0 and that you have mobile data enabled when trying to send or receive a MMS.
