Hello vnmofo

Thanks for posting on the forums in regards to taking our mobile service and the option for an eSim. Welcome to the community.

We do offer eSim's and more details can be found here and if you give the team a call on 0800 052 0238 they will be happy to discuss this with you in more detail.

I just called them? Redirected me to India who said they don't do that anymore?

That's strange, we have support here for eSIM's and a list of the supported handsets here

Virgin have eSIMs but they don't support Cellular watches at this stage.

As enlli has advised, eSIM's aren't supported for watches at this time, we don't have any news as to if or when this may be an option but any updates will be provided here

oh thanks youve just saved me for buying a £100 huawei smart watch

Happy to help, sometimes via our site we offer deals where gifts are included. We have in the past included smart watches with particular handsets if that is something you look to do in the future. I have a Samsung S22 Plus and a Samsung Watch, it connects via Bluetooth and I get notifications for texts, emails, calls etc without the need for a eSIM. The caveat is that the handset and watch have to be within a certain distance of each other due to Bluetooth.
