Ive been cut off

Hi I've been trying on and off for 2 days now to get hold of someone to help me but no joy getting through. if someone could help me I would be muchly appreciated. I have 3 mobiles, home phone, internet, and tv with virgin. all my services are working fine apart from 1 mobile which would be mine. I can't log in to the virgin mobile app or online but can on the other virgin app for home services.

this number is my work phone number and I'm unable to use it unless on wifi.

I'm really sorry that you've been struggling to get in touch with us regarding your mobile issue. Have you been able to get any help with this since posting?

 

Did the problem with the mobile service suddenly stop working, or have any changes been made recently that may have triggered the problem?
