Issues with incoming calls while roaming

Hi

Anybody else having this problem and/or have suggestions on how to resolve.

Every time a call comes in from the UK while roaming I can hear the caller but they can't hear me. If they hang up and redial then it seems OK. Obviously a problem when callers don't know to do this. 

I have tried changing local networks but seems to have no effect.

Can I check is this whilst using one of our SIMs? I'd need some more information on this to be able to look into it further.

What device are you using etc?

Yes, it is using a Virgin SIM.

Can you please advise me what country you're currently in? Have you experienced this in multiple different countries?

Do you also experience this in multiple locations within the country you're currently in?

How do calls work via third party applications, such as WhatsApp?

Hi,

Malta at the moment and it seems to be all calls regardless of location, haven't noticed anything that indicates it's the local geography.

No issues with calls via WhatsApp.

Can you please perform a manual network search on the device to see if you can connect to a different network and run a test call for us?
