Issue with "Same As Home" Add On!

I purchased the "Same As Home" for US travel on Monday, 20/11(@ $13cad/d). Received my "Welcome to USA" text when I arrived in the US. Unable to make or receive calls since then; however, texts are totally fine.

Tried accessing my account through "My Account" App & could NOT  sign in, as I am not on the Virgin Network. My phone(Samsung A8 2018) shows international barring off and call roaming enabled. Roaming enabled on phone. Attempted to see if I could manually select a network & could not. 

Considering I'm paying $13 a day to use my own package, this is irritating. If anyone can help that would be great! Thank you in advance!

Sincere apologies for any issues faced with roaming, just from checking what you have posted you've stated CAD, are you based in Canada?
