Issue with Virgin Mobile Phone Data

I've recently added a sim to my Virgin bundle and having got the phone working for phone calls, I am not able to use mobile data.

I have tried to access my Virgin Mobile account to see if I can enable it through the app but it comes back with account not recognised.

Could well be the APN settings on your phone need updating.
