No it wasn't. I bought the big bundle but I received an email telling me there is a problem with the sim. I called customer care and they resolved it and sent the card by post.

i am having exactly the same issue. It’s a pay monthly sim, and I was contacted by an agent with the offer after buying my media bundle.
i was never asked to provide a security answer? I have dialled 789 but do not have the details to pass security!
Hi there, I've got exactly same problem. I've got a sim card from 0omh bundle and i can't remember that ive set any security answer. Also tried to call customer service but couldn't get through.
