Issue since porting number

Joining in

I have just switched on a sim only contract after leaving SMARTY, I have ported my number across but haven’t been able to receive texts since 

I have reset my phone multiple times, taking sim out, rest network settings but none of these have worked

I can send texts, make and receive calls, use data but cannot receive texts

Not sure why, but this seems to be a quite common issue and it’s extremely frustrating to try and fix, especially when it’s made so much more difficult trying to get hold of someone at customer services

Can someone help with this??

We appreciate you trying the diagnostics, as this is what we would have asked you to check first.

Can we ask if you're unable to send text to any numbers or just a selected few?

Also, what error message are you getting when you send a text?
