Is this a scam?

Hi, I've just received a text as follows:-

We have failed to pre-authorise your monthly direct debit. In order to avoid any late fees, please update your details: myvirgin.ecaresupport.com

My bank statement shows all latest payments have gone through without an issue.

Should I just ignore this message? I don't know which number it's come from so it doesn't seem I can block it.
