Hi, I’ve got an iPhone XS and I’ve noticed that whenever I’m on the phone, my data seems to disconnected and says that’s it’s not available. The 4G on top right disappears whenever I start to make a call. Is there any fixes for this? Thank you
Sounds like you do not have VoLTE (The ability to make calls over 4G) In such cases the phone will fall back to 3G
This could be either you are still running on EE or if you have been moved to Vodafone it is not turned on in your settings.
