Hi, For the last 2 weeks my wife's iPhone 12 pro (under contract by me) keeps dropping 3g and will not allow internet access, also txt messages are delayed or not sent/received. We have reset the network settings, cleaned the sim card etc. If we restart the phone etc the 3g lasts a short time before dropping to just little bars. Local signal fine. This was not an issue until about 2 weeks ago.
I am also trying to reset my password to log in to my account but have given up trying! I got to a point it sent a code through, I entered it and then it went to a normal login page, waste of time.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, we are sorry to hear your Wife is facing issues with 3G on her iPhone 12 Pro and that you haven't been able to log into your online account.
In regards to the phone issue are you able to try here Sim in your phone to see if the same occurs.
In regards to the online issue we were aware of some issues which have since been fixed, if you are still facing the same issue please let us know.
