Can anybody help me find out how to get a box sent that actually can hold an Ipad that is under warranty and needs repairing.
The Ipad won't charge and has been inside a 360 case since purchase. Been accused of doing something which has already made me apprehensive. But this is the second time the box they've sent is made for a mobile phone. Physically can't and won't send it in my own box as I'm afraid of accusations for not using what they send.
The Ipad is being used for remote learning and I'm feeling failed by virgin at such an important time. Any help from a rep would be greatly appreciated.
At this rate the warranty will be up before it's sorted.
