Invalid number

Both me and my dad live in the same house but have separate contracts with virgin today I went to phone him and got invalid number multiple times then when I got home I tried ringing my phone from his and got the same thing but can ring sister on a different network

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with calling those numbers. 

Can you confirm if you are typing the number in directly to call or calling it from a contact already saved?

Can you confirm if you are connected to WiFi when trying to call those numbers?

It's a saved number which I've called multiple times over the past months with no problem and no I've not been connected to the internet

Thank you for that. Can you please try to call the number by typing it into the dial pad and see if the call goes through?

Do you if your dad is able to call you without any issues?

Other than you dad and sisters numbers, is there any other numbers being affected you know off?

He tries ringing me and gets the same invalid number but we can both receive calls from my sister

And my neighbor who's with virgin mobile has tried ringing me and has gotten invalid number also
