Invalid Number

I am not able to make outgoing calls as receiving an Invalid Number message on all saved contacts or dialled numbers. Phone was working fine, just started this morning.  Have rebooted the phone with no improvement. Mobile network confirmed as Virgin with good signal strength as others in the house on the same network can make calls. Any ideas  - help?

Hi Grieveson1,

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We did have issues this morning where a number of customers were unable to make outgoing or receive incoming calls on their mobiles. This issue has since been resolved.

If you're still experiencing issues, please reboot your handset and try making an outgoing call.
