Good Evening,

My mum can't make any calls from her phone, she gets an "Invalid Number" message and then it drops the call. This occurs on saved contacts or manually dialled numbers. The phone has full bars, and she can receive calls without issue.

I've taken a look at it for her, and I'm stumped. Help!

Thank you for taking the time to post here 🙂 

I am so sorry your mum is having issues with the mobile, have you rebooted her phone? Have you tried to manually select the network? Have you tried a different handset?
Has she made any changes recently to her account?
