Internet in Zone 1 - UK

Hello!

Does anyone know why have been charged for using the internet whilst on holiday Jersey, yet when I go to Spain I don’t get charged any extra?

Whilst in Jersey, I checked my recent usage and got the following showing on my bill:
‘Using the internet in Zone 1 - United Kingdom’

Can anyone help?

Hey @Noddylad,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

The channel islands are not including within your plan whereas countries within the EU are still included with call plans, you will be charged at the below rates for using your phone in Jersey.
