Hi,

  Could someone assist please, I'm trying to call abroad from UK, but I get a massage saying "Calls to this number are barred from you're phone".

International call barring option is disabled on the app

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having calling abroad.

Have you been able to call the number previously without issue?

Its a first time I'm trying to call abroad with virgin mobile. I tried 2 different calls, on one number I get massage above, but if I try the other number I get massage asking to top up my credit balance which I did, also to add that I'm currently  signed on a 2 year contract with virgin.
