I am in the uk and when i am ringing a landline from my mobile, the landline has me as an unknown international caller??? Why is this

Hi @Gorgegal01, thanks for your post here in the Community although I'm sorry to hear your landline is showing your mobile as an international ID.

This is a strange one, but does this happen when your mobile calls other landlines or mobiles, or is this just happening for your landline?

Do you also have another landline handset you can use within your own home, to see if this makes a difference at all?

Can you please try the SIM Card in another handset, and then ring a landline again to see if this is still the case?
