I am in Crete. I pre checked all settings before leaving the UK and on day 3 despite multiple reboots etc I still have no roaming - fortunately I have date via hotel Wi-Fi. I have gone ROUND and AROUND the virgin app & website and there is no way of contacting them via data - absolutely useless customer service (well, Zero customer service). I need voice for emergency contact and for texts from my airline. HELP.
