• Intermittent signal for months. Cannot phone virgin as no signal can't report it as no data as no signal. When I do get through signal cuts half way through convo. They gave been working on this mast now for months. Any suggestions gratefully received

As Virgin use Vodafone for signal what does this say?

Sorry to see you have been having issues with the signal on your phone, as @enlli has advised it would be best to check the status checker to see if there are any updates on this.

Also I would recommend checking our phone fix tool here to see if this helps with the issue. If not please let me know.

I have checked vodaphone but was told that 02 cover signal in my area. I have numerous messages from them, as reported and ech time they are trying to access land on which the mast is on to rectify. They are now saying they hope to repair by 20 May
