Insurance claim

How can I get help with my phone,  the charge point has burnt outso I need a replacement as well as a replacement sim

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. If the handset was issued by the insurance company then they will need to be contacted to get you a replacement device Virgin Media Protect can be reached at: 0345 030 3291 between 8am-9pm Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm weekends (closed Bank Holidays) or by email at virginmedia@asurion.com. If this is a faulty handset and you would like to have this repaired under the warranty then we do have a phonefix tool to book the warranty repair here
