Installed new Sim Card and phone not working - Urgent Vulnerable Elderly Person

HI

 

This is the second post I have posted about this, i installed the new SIM Card in my 93 year old mother's phone last week.

We received the text from Virgin saying it is working and throw away the old SIM card as instructed, since then she has not been able to send or receive any texts in her house, when she did before...why is this,

 

SHE NEEDS HER MOBILE FOR COMMUNICATION PLEASE HELP!

I am sorry to hear of the situation with your mothers SIM card, I'm afraid I can't see any other posts regarding this.

 

Can you confirm if you've been able to test the SIM in a different handset?
