I removed my old sim card and inserted the new sim card that Virgin sent me for the new network. When i switched the phone on again I just get a message telling me to insert correct sim card. I have reverted to the old sim card for now but need to know what to do to overcome this and get the new sim working.
The old sim seems to have been successfully deactivated but the replacement sim card is still not working and the insert correct sim card message is still there. This leaves me without a functioning mobile phone which is a real problem as this is the number I use for the notification of important medical appointments and prescriptions. I need to get this sorted out urgently.
