Increase in Mobile Plan

Good Afternoon, we have 2 contracts on the one account and the increased minutes for April has only been applied to one of our plans.  Is it possible to have this temporary increase switched to the other plan on our account as ironically the one that it has been applied to is the phone this is not currently being heavily used for calls?

The increased minutes and data will be applied to all Pay Monthly plans that aren't Unlimited as far as I understand it.

But I guess they are still working through applying it. I'd expect you should get it on your other number soon.
