I have two phones on the same account. Numbers ported from EE in December 2020Have been working but NEVER worked on wifi calling. Now it's got worse....
Phone A can ring anyone
Phone B can ring anyone
Phone A cannot ring Phone B - comes up with recording - incorrect number, please check and try again.
Phone B can ring anyone - including Phone A
VM support are giving me the run around - it's a routing error of some sort and they are pointing the finger at the ongoing migration to Vodafone. If that was the case then others would be affected.
Anyone else having the same issues ?
I've tried the following:
Ran out of ideas...
This basic function is now driving me nuts..

Sorry for the late reply and for the issues that you're having with your WIFi calling from phone A to phone B.
Are you still having the same issues or has it been resolved?

Which handsets are Phone A and Phone B?
Are they using the latest versions of operating system?
