Incorrect Exceeded allowance message

I just sent a text which was returned as undelivered. This was followed by a message from Virgin media saying I’d exceeded my allowances. This is incorrect as I’ve only sent two texts this month and am well under my allocated data and phone call allowances. What is going on?

I'm very sorry to hear about this. Can you confirm if the plan your on is a PAYG or Pay Monthly SIM?
