Incoming calls not connecting

I have previously had this problem before and virgin resolved it.

My incoming calls are not ringing out. I can be sat with my phone, locked or unlocked, and when someone phones me all I relieve is a missed call alert.  It does not even ting out.

Really sorry for the delay in replying, we have been busier than usual. 

Due to the delay in replying can I ask if you're still having this issue? 

 

What is the signal like at the moment, are you noticing any issues?

Apologies for the delayed response and sorry that you have not been able to receive calls on your mobile. Have you been able to get this sorted since your post? If not have you been able to try the SIM in another device?
