Incoming calls issue

When people are calling me they are receiving a message saying “ the person isn’t available to take the call” - I am not hearing any ringtone or notification that a call is coming I . I have a sim only account and I use an iPhone x

Can you tell me if you've recently moved over to our services, or made any account changes?
