Recently changed to Virgin and this is driving me mad.
Incoming calls quite often divert straight to voicemail despite full signal. This is not all calls but quite a few so clearly an intermittent problem.
call forwarding - off
do not disturb - off - full signal!!!
it’s frustrating me as I use my phone for work and I am missing important calls.
also ringing out…. Phone takes ages to connect to a call and will quite often get “ call failed” and have to try again and again.
I’ve got an iPhone 13, it’s not a handset problem as I’ve used different handsets and still get these problems. I’ve even done a full reset.
I'm tied into my contract but I’m not getting the service I am paying for!!!

Just to clarify, does this issue occur in multiple locations or one location https://www.virginmedia.com/mobile/coverage-checker? Does it affect calls from certain networks only? Also, how long has this issue been ongoing?

No this happens from any location.
land lines or mobiles makes no difference.
this has been on and off for a few weeks but recently a lot worse

Does the issue persist when putting our sim in an alternative device? How long have you had your sim? Have you recently had your sim removed or changed?

Had it approx 6 months. Yes it was the same in a different device.
