Incoming calls as private number

Hi there, can someone please help me as this is very frustrating. Whenever I receive a call I get it as no caller id. First I thought it was a problem with my phone but it is not. I even tried with a replacement sim but the problem is the same.

I use apple 7+ phone.

Hi @Marshavaz, thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

I am sorry to hear all your calls received are coming through as number withheld/private.  Is this a recent issue or has it always existed?
