Since I installed my new Virgin sim, all coming calls are showing in wrong format and telling me they are international. What can I do?

Our apologies for the delay in response.
I have taken a look and this issue seems to appear mainly on iPhones, is this the case for you please?
This should fix it
Settings -> mobile data -> SIM Applications (near bottom) -> tap "Roaming" -> tap "Select Mode"
I found "automatic" was selected by default.
Tap manual -> then choose National.
If National is not there choose Virgin
Reboot the phone afterwards
