Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your mobile services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. Can I ask if your Android handset is recently purchased? Has it ever worked with a Virgin SIM card?
My thinking is that it could be locked to another network if it has been purchased somewhere else.
Can you tell me exactly what it is asking on screen please?
