Inactive Mobile Account

Hello! Hoping you can help.

I have a tv, phone and internet account with virgin media. I have been trying to sort out my finances and have looked at my credit file and have a virgin mobile account which is showing as in default and unpaid every month for around 2 years or so. I do remember getting a sim for my daughter but it was never used and seems that this account is still open, in default and having a negative impact on my credit file.

I have no record of the mobile phone number and neither can I log into the account online.
