In Spain - no network

Since arriving in Spain, I have no network on my phone.

Connect automatically shows no networks. Connect manually shows three of four depending on location, but they won't connect.

Roaming is on. International call blocking is off. And I've restarted the phone several times. It's Android, Samsung.

Any help or adbice would be most welcome!

Sorry to see that you have been having an issue with roaming while you are in Spain, I can certainly understand that this would be frustrating for you so I will certainly do my best to help you with this.

First of all, thank you for going through the basic checks of restarting the handset and performing a manual network search as this is what we would advise to do first. As this has not worked, what I will do is send you a PM to confirm your details to assist further.

Hi Nathan,

Sorry for the stupid question, but where do I access personal messages? There is nothing showing on notifications (the bell) or messages (the envelope).

If you can whatsapp I have that working on wifi, but no test messages are working.

Don't worry about it there no such thing as a stupid question 😊 The PM can be found in the top right hand corner of the community page. Where the purple envelope is.

I'm assuming that it's the envelope at the top of this page?  If I use the triangle to ooen the drio down menu it offers me the option to log off, so I think I'm connected fine.
