Hi I am able to access adult sites but unable to access the actual content and strangely some normal retail sites. I can access other age restricted sites such as gambling & alcohol sales. I have checked that All parental controls are off, this includes on my virgin account, Google account and playstore. I have also checked cookies are allowed, still no joy. Please can someone provide some direction

Sorry to hear this is happening 

Sounds like you have tried everything possible to fix this issue 

When you refer to parental controls are you meaning websafe 

I can have a look form our side if you like 

I will need to ass security with the account holder

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
