Someone has used my identity to set up a mobile account about ten years ago.
The bills don't come out of my account.
I've reported it three times to Virgin and they did not follow up each time.
Is this a criminal matter for the police?
Should I be considering legal action against Virgin for negligence and harm to my credit record?
Is this a matter for ofcom?
Has anyone had similar experiences with Virgin mobile?
