Hi, the IMEI for my contracted xperia 10 is not recognised.
It was supplied by virgin in April.

Where are you being told that the IMEI number is not recognised?
You can find the IMEI by typing *#06# in to the handset itself from the dialing pad.
Let us know if you need any further help.
The Virgin Mobile website does not recognise it when entered on the trade up page.
Also, the operator at the call center couldn't get their system to recognise it either.
