Re: I want to deactivate a number but I can’t seem to get stac code

Good Morning Hayley2050,

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and a very warm welcome to you!

Sorry to hear of your issues in getting  a STAC code and with your SIM card.

Just to clarify, have you joined Virgin Mobile or are you leaving? A request for a STAC code would suggest you're leaving, a SIM card issue would suggest that you've just joined us..

If you can let us know in a response below, then we'll seek to assist you where possible

Kindest regards,

David_Bn

Re: I want to deactivate a number but I can’t seem to get stac code

Thanks for coming back to me Hayley2050,

So is this a case of trying to switch your Virgin Mobile number from one SIM to another?

If this is the case, we cannot do this between two SIM cards from the same provider.

If you want to keep the number of the SIM card you want to deactivate, my advice would be to upgrade that SIM card to a mobile tariff you would like and cancelling the new SIM card. To do this it would best to call 0345 600 0789

KIndest regards,
