I want to change the mobile number from the one sent with my Oomph package
We have recently left Sky to join Virgin media and have taken out a new Virgin Oomph package and received a Virgin mobile Sim card but do NOT want to use the number provided as my husband already has a Virgin Mobile sim card on a Sim Only pay monthly agreement and wants to keep his number and have it linked to our new agreement.
When contacting "Andy" at Virgin in the UK before Christmas we were advised that the Virgin system was down and he couldn't run the credit check that he advised was required to carry out the change.
He also promised to call us back the following Monday, we're still waiting!
We contacted "Joanna" in the Philippines yesterday who put us on hold for over 20 minutes before we finally gave up.
All we want to do is have my husbands mobile number linked to our new agreement, why is this proving to be so difficult????
