I want to cancel my SIM only contract.
I am unable to use my new SIM because the call centres have been closed and I've been unable to enter my PAC number to use my existing number.
I have been unable to contact anyone from Virgin about switching my SIM or about cancelling.
I'm incredibly unhappy about the service I've received and I'm currently paying for a SIM card which is unusable.
Can someone please contact to help with my cancellation? Thank you.

I'm sorry for any difficulty you have had with this. Disconnections isn't something we would process over our community site.
We can look to process the PAC code on to our system for you if you would like?
