I’ve placed an order for a phone but haven’t heard back

I’ve placed an order for a Apple iPhone and Apple Watch but I still haven’t received my order and I’ve been waiting over a month. I’ve phoned and spoken to an advisor, used web chat and I finally gave up and reordered the same deal last week but the same thing has happened again. I was told during my conversation that my account had been “red flagged”(presumably because I missed one security check phone call) and I wasn’t told why. I was told that this would be rectified within 3 to 5 days. That was over 2 weeks ago. 

Ive never encountered a company that doesn’t want people’s business and I’m sick of checking my emails and waiting for a phone call everyday. 

I want an answer now.
